1.Purpose of Use of Personal Information

In addition, a retention period for the personal information will be separately determined according to the purpose of use, and such information will be disposed of by appropriate methods after such retention period.
5.Disclosure, Revision, Deletion, Addition, Suspension of Use, Removal
If a request for (1) disclosure, (2) revision, deletion or addition, or (3) suspension of use or removal, with respect to the user’s personal information that is in the possession of the Company in relation to the Service, is made by the user by the designated method, the following measures will be taken within a reasonable period and scope, upon confirmation that the requestor is the individual; provided, however, that all or a part of such measure may not be taken if there is the likelihood of harm to the individual’s or a third party’s life, health, property, etc., if a significant interference to the Company’s business will occur, or the laws and regulations will otherwise be violated:

- Suspension of use or removal will be made; however, please make such request with the understanding that services may no longer be provided as requested due to such suspension of use or removal.
